These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and s6six ("s6six", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the s6six website at s6six.co, including all associated betting, casino, and gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the s6six platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Services, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• You agree to be legally bound by this Agreement and any amendments hereto;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the s6six platform and close any account you may have registered.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on s6six. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances across all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to promptly update any information that changes. s6six is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your s6six username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Ensuring that no third party, including family members, has access to your login credentials;
• Immediately notifying s6six if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

s6six will never request your password by email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from s6six that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

s6six accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Debit Card, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• You are the authorised holder of the payment instrument used;
• All funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal activity;
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.

Deposits are credited to your s6six account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. s6six is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or your financial institution. Processing fees, if any, are disclosed at the point of deposit.

Withdrawals from your s6six balance may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name — s6six does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings;
• s6six reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.

s6six aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements. s6six is not liable for delays caused by the recipient's financial institution.

s6six reserves the right to withhold, delay, or decline withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, match manipulation, or any other violation of these Terms.

All bets placed on s6six are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the relevant betting rules. s6six betting rules are available within the platform interface.

General betting provisions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed, subject to limited exceptions where market errors are demonstrably present;
• s6six reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds or as a result of a technical error;
• In-play betting markets are subject to faster suspension and settlement — bets accepted after the relevant event or incident has occurred may be voided at s6six's discretion;
• s6six does not accept bets from persons with insider knowledge of events on which they are betting;
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account — these are displayed within the platform and may be amended from time to time;
• s6six may limit, restrict, or close the account of any Player suspected of professional or syndicated betting at s6six's sole discretion.

Cricket betting markets at s6six — including PSL, international T20s, and ODIs — are subject to match-specific rules regarding abandonment, weather interruptions, and result methods. These are detailed within each market's individual rules accessible in the platform.

All casino games available through s6six Casino — including live dealer tables, slot machines, and RNG table games — are provided by third-party software suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation technology or by real physical equipment used in live studio settings operated by the relevant supplier.

s6six does not modify game outcomes in any manner. s6six's role in relation to casino games is that of a platform operator — actual game software and live studio operations are conducted by independent, internationally recognised gaming suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, JILI, and others.

Advertised RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated over a large number of game rounds. Individual sessions may deviate significantly from the stated RTP. Past results do not predict future outcomes in any casino or slot game.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game round, s6six will apply the following policy: unsettled bets at the point of interruption will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account where technically possible. s6six's determination of game round status in the event of a dispute is final.

s6six offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players, subject to the following general terms. Each specific promotion is subject to additional terms that are published alongside the offer and form part of this Agreement.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted by account verification status, location, or other criteria;
• Each Player may claim a welcome bonus only once. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion's terms;
• s6six reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonuses awarded in error must be returned to s6six. s6six reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus from a Player's account balance;
• s6six may at its discretion withhold bonuses from accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging, low-risk betting patterns, or exploitation of promotional mechanics.

s6six is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during your use of the platform.

Verification may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 3 months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot or statement of the JazzCash / Easypaisa account or bank account used for deposits);
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds.

s6six may suspend withdrawal functionality pending KYC completion. s6six reserves the right to decline to process withdrawals and to return deposits to the payment method used where KYC verification fails or cannot be completed. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s6six platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus collection;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or verification;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any manner;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain;
• Placing bets with knowledge of the outcome of an event prior to the official settlement of that market;
• Colluding with other Players at live casino tables or in any game format that involves multiple participants;
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment instruments for deposits;
• Accessing s6six from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law while misrepresenting your location;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing s6six staff or other users in any communication channel.

s6six reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where s6six reasonably determines that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The Player's account is associated with fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious activity;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Compliance with applicable anti-money laundering or regulatory obligations requires account action;
• The Player is identified as a minor or as a person who has self-excluded.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting s6six support. Upon closure, any positive balance remaining after applicable deductions will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding compliance holds.

All content on the s6six platform — including but not limited to the s6six brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of s6six or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use s6six's intellectual property for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use of the platform as intended.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the s6six platform without s6six's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s6six shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity on the platform, including losses arising from reliance on information, statistics, or odds displayed on the platform;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibilities beyond s6six's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the s6six platform;
• Actions, omissions, or technical failures by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any bank.

s6six's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to s6six in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

s6six reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, s6six will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an on-platform notice. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page.

Your continued use of the s6six platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact s6six to arrange account closure.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which s6six operates its gaming licence.

s6six operates an internal dispute resolution process. Players who wish to raise a dispute should contact s6six support in the first instance. s6six will endeavour to respond to formal disputes within 10 business days and to resolve them within 30 business days of acknowledgement.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through s6six's internal process, Players may refer the matter to the relevant external dispute resolution body as directed by the applicable regulatory framework. s6six's determination on matters of game outcome, rule interpretation, and account activity is final and binding pending any such external review.

Pakistani players acknowledge that online gaming legislation in Pakistan is evolving and that it is their sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in their specific jurisdiction before using s6six services.
